Join Anna Martinez, owner of Subtle Body Wellness, in an 8-week, beginner level, gentle flow yoga class. Focusing on mat-work, students will develop a personal routine that can be used as a daily practice at home. Discover new ways to relieve stress, loosen tight muscles, improve posture, and nourish the spirit!
Wear comfortable, loose clothing you can move around in and, if you have a mat or props, bring them along!
**FREE and open to the public. Suitable for ages 16 and up. MInors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
First class: SUNDAY, Feb. 19, 10 – 11am (continuing through April 9). Please arrive a few minutes early so that class may begin on time.
Donations appreciated but not necessary.
