FREE Sunday Pilates Classes

Pilates is a full brain-body immersive practice that trains the body to move with harmony and efficiency. In this class, instructor Angie Reens introduces the Pilates method to students of all skill levels. Students will learn to use controlled breathing and body awareness to improve flexibility, strength, and endurance in the entire body. This class will leave you feeling empowered and energized so that you can move throughout your day with ease and JOY!
FREE and open to the public. Suitable for ages 16 and up. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Sundays, 12pm – 1pm
Drop in for one class or come to all.
